- One ESR (Early stage researcher) position for 3 months, starting
between 1st January 2010 and 1st
April 2010. **

Job description
Ergodic theory and geometric measure theory methods
in interval and holomorphic dynamics, low dimensional dynamics,
Iterated Function Systems (for a more precise description see CODY webside
-- Warwick).
Financial conditions:
* Experienced researcher -- living allowance 3474 Euro monthly + mobility + travel (reduced by social and health insurance deductions)
** ESR -- living allowance 2258 Euro monthly + mobility + travel (reduced by social and health insurance deductions)
Some explanations:
- Early stage researcher means: in the first 4 years of experiance in
research or in the period until a doctorate degree, whichever is shorter,
counted from the diplomma giving access to doctoral studies; in
practice: in the first 4 years after master degree.
- Experienced researcher means: from 4 up to 10 years of
experience of scientific research, or having PhD before 4 years.
- a monthly mobility allowance according to the family situation of the
researcher at the time of his/her appointment:
- 709,6 Euro per month for researcher with family charges,
- 443,5 Euro per month for researcher without family charges
- a travel allowance for one journey between the usual place of
residence and Warsaw.
