Title: On the Zariski multiplicity conjecture for weighted homogeneous and Newton non-degenerate line singularities

Abstract:
The Zariski multiplicity conjecture says that any topologically equisingular family of (possibly non-isolated) complex hypersurface singularities is equimultiple. In this talk, we shall present new families of weighted homogeneous and Newton non-degenerate line singularities that satisfy this conjecture.
