Title: Whitney theorem for complex polynomial mappings

Abstract: 
For given natural numbers d_1, d_2 we describe the topology of a generic polynomial mapping 
F = (f,g) : X -> C^2, with deg f <= d_1 and deg g <= d_2. Here X is a complex plane or a complex sphere.
