Title: Incidence structures in algebraic geometry and combinatorics

Abstract: 
I will discuss various incidence theorems which have recently came up 
at the frontiers of algebraic geometry and combinatorics. In particular, 
I will explain a geralization of the Sylvester Gallai theorem to conics. 
There will be a couple of open questions stated. They might motivate 
some further research along these lines.
