IMPANGA is the name of the activities of Algebraic Geometers at Institute of Mathematics, Polish Academy of
Sciences (IMPAN), including running one of the most important seminars
on algebraic geometry in Poland.
The head of the seminar is Prof. Piotr Pragacz.
The seminar's participants also organize meetings (schools, workshops, conferences) of
various size, topics, and impact.
The last large and successful event was organized in
2010: IMPANGA School 2010.
We hope to organize such events every 5 years.
Four volumes of lecture notes have been already published, and another one is planned after the conference IMPANGA 15.
