Bus transportation from the main railway station in Poznan will be organized in the evening of the arrival days (02.09.2018 and 09.09.2018).
The participants are expected to arrive to Poznan on Sunday in the afternoon. There will be two buses from the Poznan train station (tentatively at 19:00 and 21:00, exact time of their departure will be fixed after we receive the details of your travel plans, we shall e-mail this information at the beginning of September).
In exceptional cases it will be possible to arrive to Będlewo one day earlier (for additional ~40 euro/night), but we do not guarantee the transport from Poznan and you will need to pay a taxi (about 40 euro, if ordered earlier by the staff of Conference Center in Będlewo).
The departure from Będlewo is planned on Saturday morning. The transportation back, either by a taxi or buses, to Poznan will be arranged during the school/conference, we just need information on your departure dates. The bus usually departs from at about 8.00 am and is expected to go to the train station and then it will continue to the Poznan airport.

Arrival by train

Please note that the train station in Poznań is new (bigger than before, with a big shoping mall), and it might be a bit more difficult to find the bus. Later on we shall send contact phone numbers and more instructions where you are supposed to wait to find the bus to Będlewo.
Arrival by plane
There is a small airport in Poznań - "Poznań Ławica". We shall organize a direct bus or a taxi from the airport to Bedlewo.
The departure of the bus from the airport will be fixed later on when we receive your travel information.
