Payment

The conference fee is 1000 PLN (approx. 240 EUR/270 USD at current rates). It includes full board (three meals a day, tea and coffee during the coffee breaks, conference dinner) and accomodation at the Conference Center in Będlewo from the Sunday evening, 7 April 2019 to the Friday afternoon, 12 April 2019 (with possible extension for the Friday/Saturday night, 12/13 April).

An additional fee for the school preceding the conference is 160 PLN (approx. 40 EUR or 50 USD). The expected arrival of the participants taking part in the school is 6th April (Saturday) before lunch. An earlier arrival on the Friday evening is also possible.

Since we have only very limited conference budget, we suggest that the fee be paid in advance (till 28 February 2019)  to the account of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (see the account numbers). This will help us to decide to what extent we will be able to cover the local expenses for participants who do not have their own funds.

Paying by bank transfer please do not forget to write in the transfer title: Dynamics April + name of the Participant.
One can also pay the fee directly at the Conference Center in Będlewo during the conference (by cash or credit card).

Should you need any financial support, please let us know while you are registering, in the box "Additional information". Participants who will ask for the support will be sent an information by e-mail till 10 March 2019. We are afraid that, in principle, we will not be able to cover the travel expenses.
