Warsaw University and IM PAN announce a call for a joint assistant professor position for the period October 2012 – September 2019. The position is open to persons holding a PhD in Mathematics or related Sciences. For approximately half of the 7 year period the successful candidate will hold a teaching-research position at Warsaw University. The other half he/she will spend as a researcher at IM PAN. Successful candidate will conduct vigorous research activity in mathematics or its applications, and show commitment to teaching at Warsaw University. Both institutions expect active participation in Polish and international research programs.
