Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study relations between monoidal Hom-bialgebras and Hom-bialgebras. Through introducing the notion of Drinfeld twists for monoidal Hom-bialgebras, we conclude that every monoidal Hom-bialgebra is gauge equivalent to a Hom-bialgebra, and gauge equivalent to a special bialgebra.
