How to apply?

The participation in the conference is completely free of charge (including the conference fee and accommodation costs). Due to the limited number of places only accepted participants will be admitted. In order to apply for an invitation please:

• send an email to conference.gjf[at]gmail.com containing
• an application letter with your personal information (name, email address, affiliation)
• other information which can help us to judge your application (CV, motivation letter, recommendation letters, etc.)

We will send you back a confirmation of your application and the decision of the Scientific Committee as soon as it is known. Note that the deadline for registration is 31st of December 2014, so make sure that you apply prior to this date.
