Expenses

The conference fee is 420 Euro (1900 PLN for Polish participants).
The conference fee for an accompanying person is 270 Euro (1300 PLN for Polish participants).

The fee covers an accommodation in a double or single room (depending on availability),
full day meals from August 27 (supper) till September 2 (breakfast), transportation from and to Poznan, a banquet, an excursion and conference materials.

The conference fee can also be paid at the reception desk upon arrival in cash or by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).

We have a limited number of grants covering local expenses for PhD students and young researchers who cannot be funded by their own institutions. Please send a brief email to the organizers at 23-cdde2@impan.pl explaining your situation. The deadline to apply for a financial support is June 1, 2023.
