The conference will be held at the Conference Center of IMPAN in Będlewo, near Poznań (Poland) in the week April 12th-18th, 2015.

Travel to Będlewo
On Sunday, April 12th, there will be three buses from
Poznań
(central railway station PKP Poznań Główny)
to Będlewo: at 17:00, 19:00 and
21:00.
It takes approximately 75 minutes to get from Poznań to
Będlewo.
There will be supper in Będlewo on Sunday (also after the
arrival
of the last bus).
The buses from Poznań to Będlewo can go via the
Poznań Ławica
airport if you wish. In this case please let us know about your arrival time at the airport by e-mail.
We can arrange a taxi for you from the Ławica airport or
from the
central railway station if needed (please ask by email). It costs
about 110 PLN. We suggest taking a pre-arranged taxi.
Travel from Będlewo
On Saturday, April 18th, there will be two buses from
Będlewo to
Poznań (central railway station):
at 7:00 and
10:00.
The return buses will not go via the Ławica airport
in order to
avoid delays. However, we may provide another bus going directly to the airport, leaving on Saturday morning.
We can order a taxi for you if none of the buses are
convenient (please ask by email).
Early arrivals
If you arrive on Saturday we can make a reservation for you at
the conference center in Będlewo (120 PLN per person).
Otherwise you can

for information on local transport.

Accommodation
The participants will be accommodated and the lectures will take place
in the Conference Center of IMPAN.
The price is 120 zloty (PLN) per person per night (a bit less than
30 euro).
Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included in the price. The first
meal is dinner on Sunday and the last one is breakfast on Saturday.
Payment
If your lodging costs are not supported by the conference, you can pay at the center with cash or credit card.
Internet in Będlewo
The conference center provides cable and wireless internet connections.
Lecture hall equipment
If you are giving a talk, you may use chalk and blackboards or an overhead projector. In the latter case please provide slides, preferably in a pdf file, on a USB stick.
Excursion
On Wednesday, April 15th, in the afternoon, an excursion to Poznań will be organized. It will include a guided tour around the Old Market Square and a piano concert by Maria Wójcik, who will play short pieces composed by F. Chopin. The concert will take place in the Red Hall in the Działyński Palace near the Old Market Square. The cost of the excursion is about 70 PLN per person.Excursion program

On Monday, April 13th, at 8pm we will watch the movie Madadayo by Akira Kurosawa.Posters
