Conference Numbers in the Universe
Today marks the start of the 'Numbers in the Universe' conference, the first event organised by the newly established International Centre for Mathematics in Ukraine (ICMU), co-organised by the Stefan Banach International Mathematical Centre. The conference will focus on recent advances in number theory, and speakers include Fields Medal winners: Maryna Viazovska and Terence Tao, who will present a series of lectures.
The conference will be held simultaneously at the IM PAN in Warsaw and the Kyiv School of Economics in Kyiv.
