Springer - Proceedings
We are pleased to announce that a number of full papers contributed  by the invited participants will be published as proceedings by  Springer.
All submissions will be fully refereed for accuracy, technical  
content, and relevance by at least two referees.
The deadline for paper submission is set to October 1, 2019.
The reviewing process should be finished by May 30, 2020.  
Publication is planned at the end of 2020.
