Transportation to Będlewo

Typically, when going from abroad, you will arrive at Poznań Ławica International Airport. You can also get to Poznań by train and then you will typically arrive at Poznań Railway Station. The best way to get from there to the Conference Center in Będlewo (approximately 30 km away from the airport and from the railway station) is to take taxi. The reception of the Conference Center in Będlewo arranges taxi from the airport or the railway station in Poznań. It is also possible to take train to Mosina and get taxi from there. For all participants of the conference, the taxi arranged by the reception is free of charge..

If you want the reception to send the taxi, please let the organizers know, by May 13, the details of your arrival. Would you request taxi, you will receive immediately before the conference an email with information on where the taxi driver will wait for you at the airport or at the railway station. Please also record the above telephone number to the reception desk to let them know about delays, lost luggage, etc., so that they can react accordingly.

Talks and posters

There are two main lecture halls in the conference center, of capacity 60 and 150. Each hall has a blackboard, a computer projector and an overhead projector. The pleanary talks will last 30 minutes, followed by 5 minute breaks. They will be given in the large lecture hall and we encourage the speakers to rather use the computer or the overhead projector because of the considerable length of the large hall. Please let the organizers know if you plan to use the blackboard. The contributed talks will last 25 minutes with 5 minute breaks and will be run parallel, two contributed talks at a time. Registered participants interested in giving a contributed talk should submit abstract using the form on the conference webpage. The selection of contributed talks will be made regularly by the Scientific Committee. For participants with posters there will be poster stands conveniently located in the reading room between the reception desk and the main lecture hall. Please use as needed. Please upload the abstract of your talk or poster to Abstracts tab to be included in the conference booklet. Please limit the abstract to one page.
