Accommodation

BĘDLEWO

All the participants of the conferences organized in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center in Będlewo will be accommodated in the conference hotel. Rooms will be reserved by the organizers so please do not make reservations on your own. During the stay in Będlewo full board is provided, meals are served at the Będlewo Palace, which is a part of the Center.

WARSAW

We offer our help in finding accommodation at your request (please indicate that in the registration form). Nevertheless you can arrange your accommodation on your own. We suggest the following options (see also the map below):

• Guest rooms at IM PAN (very restricted number): they are located in the building of the Institute but meals are not provided.
• MDM Hotel: it is situated about 100 m from the Institute, if offers breakfasts.
• OSIR Hotel: about 850 m from IM PAN (address: 7A, Polna Street, phone +48 22 825 06 13 or +48 885 524 324, e-mail: noclegi@osir-polna.pl). The hotel webpage is only in Polish but the stuff speaks English. Breakfast and swimming pool are included in the price (you need your own swimming cap and slippers to access the swimming pool).
• Guest rooms of the Warsaw University of Technology: about 300 m from IM PAN (address: 50, Polna Street, phone: +48 22 234 55 96, e-mail: pokoje.goscinne@pw.edu.pl), single and double rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen at your disposal are offered with no meals.

Note that the Institute is located very close to the metro station Politechnika and tram/bus stops Plac Konstytucji and Metro Politechnika and transport from more distant parts of the city is quite convenient.

Notice

If you book accommodation in a hotel in Warsaw outside IM PAN, and the cost of that accommodation is meant to be covered by one of IM PAN's sources (grants, Banach Center budget), please request the hotel to issue an invoice addressed to:
