Participants should book their own accommodation.

The time for on-line hotel reservation has elapsed. However, there is still one hotel available till May 18-th.

If you have already registered to the conference and you would like to book a room please follow the instruction below:

• log in to the registration system
• click Edit registration data link
• choose Accommodation tab
• choose the hotel and the room from the list below
• choose your name (in case of a double room please give the name of accompanying person – if applicable) from the drop-down list
• tick the dates of your stay
• choose the method of the hotel guarantee
• press Save changes button

Please note that the hotel deposit has to be paid within 5 days from the booking date. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
It can be done by:

1. credit card (the credit card authorization form should be sent within 5 days from the booking date via fax: + 48 12 663 38 58 or via e-mail: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl). The credit card serves only as the booking guarantee and it will be charged only in case of reservation cancellation after the given date. The whole amount should be paid in the hotel upon the arrival.  Credit card authorization form can be found in the registration system in Payments and invoices tab.
2. bank transfer (the copy of the bank transfer statement should be sent within 5 days from the booking date via fax: + 48 12 663 38 58 or via e-mail: cbin@adm.uj.edu.pl). Bank transfer details can be found in the registration system in Payments and invoices tab. Bank transfer title should include name of the participant, accommodation dates and the conference name. Please note that there is no hotel deposit refund in case of cancellation request received after April 22, 2011.

The deadline of the hotel reservation via registration system is April, 13-th.
Important:
The prices do not include local tax (1,60 PLN per person per day). All the prices include breakfast (except Student Dormitory Żaczek and Nawojka).
