We are pleased to announce that Prof. Grigor Sargsyan will deliver this year’s Tarski Lectures at the University of California, Berkeley. His lecture series, titled “Gödel’s Program and the Two Dogmas of Set Theory,” will address fundamental questions in contemporary set theory and mathematical logic.
An invitation to present the Tarski Lectures - held annually at UC Berkeley since 1989, marking the fiftieth anniversary of Alfred Tarski’s death - is considered one of the highest distinctions in the field of mathematical logic.
