We are pleased to announce that the National Science Centre (NCN) has awarded six new research grants to researchers from the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Five researchers have received OPUS 30 grants for the following projects:
• Dr. Damian Osajda - Nonpositive curvature in group theory
• Prof. Piotr Śniady - Geometry of infinite Young tableaux
• Prof. Janusz Grabowski - Banach manifolds - new chapters
• Prof. Adam Nowak - Maximal estimates in harmonic analysis
• Prof. Tomasz Adamowicz - New perspectives on Hardy spaces of mappings
In addition, Dr. Tattwamasi Amrutam has been awarded a SONATA 21 grant for the project entitled Invariant structures in groups, spaces, and algebras.
