Renovation in IM PAN
In April 2023, a comprehensive renovation of the first floor of the IM PAN building at 8 Śniadeckich Str. was completed.
The first floor is a showcase of the Institute. Many eminent mathematicians walked on its wooden floors. Thanks to the renovation, it was possible to restore them, modernize appearance of the whole storey and ensure higher work comfort. A new social room was added, a bathroom was rebuilt, and a post room was created. The Banach Center joined the first floor too. New boards appeared in the corridors, and old boards in the seminar rooms were refreshed.
