Abstract
Within certain spaces of positive energy solutions, we show asymptotic completeness for the Klein–Gordon equation in the Kerr metric. We compare the Klein–Gordon dynamics with the free dynamics near the horizon of the black hole and with a modified dynamics of Dollard type at infinity.
