On the Noether exponent

Streszczenie
We obtain, in a simple way, an estimate for the Noether exponent of an ideal $I$ without embedded components (i.e. we estimate the smallest number $\mu $ such that $(\mathop {{\rm rad}} I)^{\mu }\subset I$).
